The combination of sound insulation and sound absorption is generally adopted in the noise management of industrial plants to avoid affecting the normal rest of residents near the plant. Therefore, noise management in industrial plants is important. How to manage noise in industrial plants?

Double window structure shall be used for noise management. Install another one on top of the original single-layer glass. Re install glass windows with good quality and high sound insulation. Sound insulation doors shall be selected for the doors in the plant, and all gaps shall be treated tightly with seam tape.

The noise frequency in the plant is high and the loudness is large. It is simply refracted repeatedly and radiated to the surrounding environment. Keep the original wall, and add wooden keel to fill in the sound insulation data after the sound insulation board is pasted outside.

Noise management

Dismantle the original wall, install the sound insulation board on both sides and fill with sound absorbent cotton. Compared with the former, the sound insulation effect is the same, only different in space.

The purpose of sound insulation and noise reduction can be achieved by making a sound insulation room, but the doors and windows on the sound insulation room should also use sound insulation doors and windows, and set ventilation ducts to ensure the normal heat dissipation and cooling of indoor mechanical equipment.

The noise sources in industrial plants are complex, and appropriate methods should be adopted to achieve reasonable sound insulation and noise reduction.
