However, due to large investment, high energy consumption and high operating cost, this method is usually not used to purify paint exhaust.

Direct combustion method: use oil or natural gas as auxiliary fuel to burn and heat the mixture to a certain temperature (700 ℃- 800 ℃), and stop some harmful gases produced by fuel combustion at any time. This method has simple skills, low equipment investment, but high energy consumption and high operating cost.

Catalytic combustion method: under the action of the catalyst, the hydrocarbon in the organic waste gas is sensitively oxidized to water and carbon dioxide at low temperature to reach the purpose of processing. However, for low concentration waste gas with large air volume, the cost is high and the operation cost is high.

Activated carbon adsorption: Organic gas is directly adsorbed by activated carbon. The equipment is simple, the investment is small, and the operation is convenient, but the activated carbon needs to be replaced frequently. The wind resistance of the equipment is large, the wind pressure of the fan is high, and the power consumption is large. The activated carbon replaced after application and subsequent disposal are troublesome. It is difficult to draw air in the plump back spray room, which affects the output and quality. Different skills are selected. Different skills have different product characteristics, with high power, no need to add any substances, low operating cost, small land occupation of waste gas disposal equipment, 4s waste gas disposal equipment, strong habit, etc. In the painting workshop of parts, there will be painting processes in the process of painting parts, This process will produce paint mist particles rich in triphenyl and organic waste gas, which will not only pollute the environment to a certain extent, but also cause great damage to paint spraying workers.
