working principle:
The welding fume and exhaust gas are sucked into the air inlet of the equipment through the universal dust hood under the attraction of the fan. The flame arrester is set at the air inlet of the equipment. The spark is blocked by the flame arrester, and the soot gas enters the settling chamber. First, the coarse dust is directly dropped to the ash hopper by gravity and upward airflow, and the fine dust is trapped on the outer surface by the filter element. After the clean gas is filtered and purified by the filter element, From the center of the filter element, the clean air flows into the clean room. After being further purified by the activated carbon filter, the clean air is discharged through the outlet after reaching the standard.
