working principle:
The main operation mode of waste gas treatment (spray tower) is to continuously introduce acid mist waste gas into the purification tower through the air duct. After passing through the packing layer, the waste gas and sodium hydroxide absorption liquid undergo gas-liquid two-phase full contact absorption and neutralization reaction. After purification, the acid mist waste gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the fan after dehydration and demisting by the demister. The absorption liquid is sprayed down from the tower top after being pressurized by the water pump at the tower bottom, and finally returns to the tower bottom for recycling. The purified acid fog exhaust gas meets the emission requirements of the local emission standards of Guangdong Province and is lower than the national emission standards.
