With the development of industry, the emission of industrial waste gas also increases, and the environment has limited capacity for waste gas. In the process of industrial production, various waste gases, waste water and waste residues will occur. The discharge of these industrial wastes into the natural environment will undoubtedly cause damage to the environment. During this period, the discharge amount and impact of industrial waste gases are relatively large. Exhaust gas discharged into the air will flow and disperse with the atmosphere, threatening people's health.

Industrial waste gas can be divided into particulate waste gas and gaseous waste gas in shape; Industrial waste gas can be classified into fuel incineration waste gas and fuel production waste gas according to its origin.

1 Particulate exhaust gas

This kind of pollutant is mainly the polluting smoke and dust produced in the production process. Its origin mainly includes cement plants, heavy industrial materials manufacturers, heavy metal manufacturers and chemical plants. In production, the raw materials needed by such enterprises need to be purified. Because there are many impurities, the purified combustibles cannot be completely incinerated and decomposed, so they exist in the form of smoke and dust, forming waste gas, which is discharged into the atmosphere to cause air pollution.

2 Gaseous waste gas

During industrial production, waste gas will inevitably occur. If these industrial waste gases are discharged into the air without treatment, they will inevitably have an impact on the environment. During this period, the gaseous waste gas is the industrial waste gas with many types and greater damage. At present, gaseous waste gas mainly includes nitrogen containing organic waste gas, sulfur containing waste gas and hydrocarbon organic waste gas.

(1) Nitrogen containing waste gas

Such exhaust gas will damage the air components and change the gas composition. Especially for the incineration of petroleum products, the amount of petroleum products incinerated in industrial production is huge, and the content of nitrogen compounds in petroleum products is large, so the waste gas will contain a lot of nitrogen oxides. If discharged into the air, the content of nitrogen oxides in the air will increase, affecting the atmospheric cycle.

(2) Sulfur containing waste gas

Sulfur containing waste gas will cause direct damage to people's living environment, because it can combine with water in the air to form acidic substances and cause acid rain. Acid rain will damage plants, buildings and human health, especially the respiratory tract. In addition, it will also affect the soil and water sources, forming secondary pollution.

(3) Hydrocarbon waste gas

This kind of waste gas is generally called hydrocarbon, which is an organic compound, mainly composed of carbon atoms and hydrogen atoms. The dispersion of such exhaust gases into the atmosphere will cause a series of problems to the formation and damage of the ozone layer, with far-reaching implications. For example, the damage of the ozone layer will aggravate the illumination of ultraviolet rays, which will damage people's skin and cause various health problems. In addition, the change of ultraviolet irradiance will also affect the ecosystem and climate.

3 Waste gas from fuel incineration

The incineration of fossil fuels as primary energy, especially incomplete incineration, will lead to the occurrence of smoke, sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides and carbon oxides, which will cause air pollution problems. The air pollution problem caused by coal combustion is serious.

4 Waste gas from fuel production

(1) Coal processing

During coal processing, coking and coal conversion, various harmful substances are discharged into the atmosphere to varying degrees, mainly including particulate matter, dioxide, nitrogen oxides, volatile organic compounds and inorganic substances.

(2) Petroleum refining

Petroleum crude oil is a mixture of organic compounds such as burnt, naphthenic and aromatic hydrocarbons. In addition to hydrocarbons, it also contains a variety of sulfides, nitrides, etc.

Industry Waste gas treatment equipment It is an important part of industrial development. The emission of waste gas will cause great pollution to the environment. Therefore, people are paying more attention to waste gas treatment. The emergence of industrial waste gas treatment equipment is very necessary.
