     1. Capillary fiber oil absorption filter bag

     It is composed of pre filter layer, main filter layer and screen cover. It is specially designed for effectively adsorbing grease in liquid. The porosity of the filter material is as high as 80%, greatly improving the service life of the product. The oil absorption is up to 12~20 times of the filter bag's own component (details vary according to fluid and grease characteristics and flow rate)

     2. Precision seamless filter bag

     It is formed by hot melt spraying of pure polypropylene capillary fiber. The outer layer is thickened deep filtering data to provide layered filtering. The inner sleeve of the large caliber filter element is used to further enhance the deep filtering effect of the whole body and improve the ability to contain impurities. The average service life is more than five times that of ordinary polypropylene filter bags. The high filtration precision is 3um. The collar ring is plastic.

     3. Wire mesh filter bag

     Available materials include nylon monofilament mesh, polyester monofilament mesh, polypropylene multi strand mesh. High filtration precision 20um Features: filtration precision, high toughness, damage resistance, no fiber free, reusable.

     The dust remover is the equipment that separates the dust from the flue gas. The performance of the dust remover is expressed by the amount of gas that can be processed, the resistance loss when the gas passes through the dust remover, and the dust removal power.

     For the bag filter, its operating temperature depends on two factors, one is the acceptance temperature of the filter material, and the other is that the gas temperature is above the dew point temperature. Now, due to many choices of glass fiber filter media, its operating temperature can reach 280 ℃. For the gas above this temperature, the cooling method is adopted, and for the gas below the dew point, the temperature raising method is adopted. For the bag filter, the connection between the operating temperature and the dedusting power is not significant, which is different from the electrostatic precipitator. For the electrostatic precipitator, the change of temperature will affect the specific resistance of the dust and affect the dedusting power.
