Regenerative combustion process
After being collected, the organic waste gas enters the combustion chamber through a regenerator. The ignited natural gas is heated to above 760 ℃ and oxidized into carbon dioxide and water to achieve purification. The purified high temperature gas is discharged from the secondary recuperator, and the recuperator is heated at the same time.
When the second regenerator is heated to the set temperature by high temperature gas, the on-off valve is opened, and the organic waste gas enters from the regenerator, is oxidized and decomposed under high temperature, and discharged from the first regenerator, thus heating the first regenerator, switching back and forth, and purifying the organic waste gas under the condition of making full use of heat energy.
Three room RTO waste gas treatment equipment has one more regenerator for cleaning. Each regenerator goes through the procedures of heat storage, heat release and cleaning in turn, which can effectively prevent the escape of a small number of incompletely decomposed organic waste gas, and the waste gas treatment effect is better.

Catalytic combustion process
The organic waste gas enters the dry filter to purify the particles, and then enters the rear Activated carbon adsorption tank Absorb and concentrate the waste gas. The catalytic combustion equipment regularly conducts catalytic treatment on the waste gas after adsorption and concentration of activated carbon, and the clean gas up to the standard is discharged through a 15 meter chimney.
When the activated carbon box is saturated, the system will automatically desorb the activated carbon box. The saturated activated carbon is desorbed and regenerated by hot air, and the desorbed concentrated organic matter is sent to the combustion bed to combine with the catalyst for catalytic decomposition.
The organic waste gas heated to 250~300 ℃ in the catalytic oxidation furnace will produce flameless combustion under the action of noble metal catalyst, and the organic waste gas will be oxidized and decomposed into carbon dioxide and water to achieve the purpose of waste gas treatment. The clean gas after waste gas treatment will be discharged through the chimney. The hot air after combustion is cooled by the heat exchanger, part of the cooled gas is discharged, and the other part is used for desorption and regeneration of activated carbon, so as to achieve the purpose of waste heat utilization and energy conservation.
The comprehensive purification efficiency of organic waste gas of RCO waste gas treatment equipment is about 97%, which has a good treatment effect on the low concentration, multi-component, unrecyclable waste gas discharged from the industries such as mechanochemical, automobile coating, furniture and building materials, printing, food, etc.
Similar to the r to equipment, the RCO equipment adopts the bed design, the bottom of the regenerator is filled with a ceramic regenerator, and the catalyst is filled between the ceramic regenerator and the oxidation chamber.
