The lampblack purifier is an essential equipment in the kitchen, and it needs to be installed whenever a restaurant is opened. However, if the oil smoke purifier is not well maintained during operation, it is easy to have various faults, such as oil leakage, rattle, slow equipment response, etc. How to solve the problem when the fume purification facility fails? Today, I will explain the common faults and solutions of the lampblack purifier.
1、 Oil leakage of oil fume purifier

Check whether the oil collecting tray under the equipment forgot to be cleaned, which caused excessive oil collecting. If so, remove the oil from the oil pan immediately.
Check whether the connector of the internal structure of the equipment is damaged. If the sealant is damaged, remove and replace the rubber strip immediately.

2、 Machine indicator light changes and internal noise.

When the purifier works normally, the electric field indicator light is green and the red light is off. If the green light is off and the red light is on during use, it indicates that the purifier needs cleaning. If it is not cleaned, the purifier will automatically judge and enter the protection state, and stop working.
There is a continuous "bang, bang..." sound of high-voltage discharge inside the purifier. At this time, it indicates that there are foreign matters in the low-voltage area of the electric field (such as paper scraps for kitchen ignition and sundries left in the air duct). Turn off the power supply of the purifier, open the electric field door, take out the electric field to clean foreign matters, and restart the purifier after discharge.
Third, the purifier stops working

When the purifier is not cleaned for a long time, the equipment will automatically judge and enter the protection state, and stop working. The electric field should be pulled out in time, the inside of the electric field should be washed with a high-pressure gun, and then the electric field should be put in the vent to dry. After the electric field is dry, it should be put back in the cabinet, and then the door of the box can be closed.
The cleaning cycle of the purifier should not exceed 1 time/month (can be extended or shortened according to the use).
