Cleaning methods and skills of oil fume purifier
After the oil fume purifier is used for a period of time, the oil fume purification effect will decline, the equipment will make abnormal noise, and even cause fire due to ignition. 1. Open the electric box door of the oil smoke purifier, open the leakage switch, confirm that the equipment stops working, turn off the indicator light, open the access door, use an insulated screwdriver to short connect the cathode and anode plates of the electric field, release the residual electricity in the electric field, wear rubber gloves, take out the electric field and the voltage equalizing net in turn, and place the electric field to prevent trampling deformation.

2. Alkali solution for lampblack purifier: the ratio is NAOH (caustic soda): warm water (50 ℃)=1: 25. Wear rubber gloves and goggles when cleaning to avoid alkali damage.
3. Oil fume purifier cleaning electric field: put the electric field into the prepared caustic soda water, hook it with a hook, and slowly put it into the bottom to prevent alkali splashing. Soak the alkaline solution for 10 minutes without adding electric field, and extend the soaking time for oil stains (note: do not soak for a long time). After soaking for a proper time, use a hook to hook the electric field and shake it for several times, wear rubber gloves to take out the electric field, discharge the excess lye, and use a water gun to clean the dirt and lye on the electric field.
4. Clean the voltage equalizing network with an oil fume purifier: put the voltage equalizing network into the alkali liquor for 10 minutes, take it out, wash the dirt and alkali liquor with a water gun, wipe several insulators on the gate plate of the power plant, dredge the bottom oil drain with a thick iron wire, and check the electric field insulator and the gate plate insulator. If the insulator is found to have cracks or cracks, it must be replaced to check whether the distance between the electric field plates is uniform. If it is deformed, it must be straightened to check whether there is foreign matter (wool or steel wire) between the electric field plates.
5. Install the return electric field and current sharing network, close the electric field door, pay attention to the spring towards the insulated core, lock the door, close the leakage switch, the smoke removal indicator light is on, and the current is normal. If there is any abnormality, please check the electric field and insulator, close the electric box door, and clean and maintain it.
