3. Click "Process Selection" to adjust and select the required process according to the smoking requirements and process flow of the product; At the same time, adjust the corresponding temperature and time. Generally, the drying temperature of the fumigation furnace is set within 70 degrees, and the cooking temperature is only 95 degrees Celsius. Click "Process Activation" after setting the flue gas furnace, click "Monitoring Screen" on the flue gas furnace after returning, and press the "Start" key to make the flue gas furnace equipment work according to the set activation process parameters;

4. Steam pressure required for flue gas oven drying shall not be less than 0.3 mpa; The pressure required for cooking in the smoke furnace is low, and it is recommended not to be higher than 0.15 mpa. If the pressure of the smoke furnace is too high, the product will rise rapidly, which is likely to reduce the product quality. The steam pressure of the fumigation furnace is controlled by the valve in front of the electromagnetic valve of the fumigation furnace;

5. The middle temperature of the product is sensed by the temperature probe at the top of the range, which is usually inserted into the product; The temperature in the fuming furnace is sensed by the round head temperature probe, and naturally drops in the fuming furnace;

6. In case of emergency, immediately press the "emergency stop" switch on the panel of the range, and open the range after troubleshooting;

7. Clean the flue gas furnace equipment after work every day. When cleaning the flue gas furnace, close the furnace door and open the flue gas furnace cleaning valve (press "High pressure valve" and "High speed fan" in the "Commissioning function" at the same time to increase the internal temperature of the flue gas furnace body and improve the cleaning effect of the flue gas furnace); Clean the inside of the flue gas furnace with alkaline solvent;

8. After all work is completed, check again whether there are foreign matters in the smoke furnace and whether there is open fire in the smoke furnace. Before leaving the site, turn off the power supply, compressed gas, steam and tap water of the smoke furnace.
