Exhaust gas characteristics of automobile spraying:
1-1 Formation and main components of painting waste gas
Spray painting technology is widely used in machinery, automobile, electrical equipment, household appliances, ships, furniture and other industries.
Paint spraying materials - paint coating is composed of nonvolatile matter and volatile matter. The nonvolatile matter includes film-forming matter and auxiliary film-forming matter. Volatile diluent is used to dilute paint to achieve the purpose of smooth and beautiful surface of paint.
Paint mist and organic waste gas pollution are mainly generated in the process of paint spraying. The paint is atomized into particles under high pressure. During spraying, part of the paint does not reach the surface of the spray paint, which is dispersed with the air flow to form paint mist; The organic waste gas comes from the volatilization of diluent, and the organic solvent will not attach to the surface of the spray paint along with the paint, and will be completely released to form organic waste gas (there are literature reports that there are hundreds of volatile organic compounds, which belong to alkanes, cycloalkanes, olefins, aromatic compounds, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, esters, ethers, and other compounds) during the painting and curing process.
1-2 Source and characteristics of exhaust gas from automobile painting
The automobile coating workshop shall carry out pretreatment, electrophoresis and painting for the workpiece. The painting process includes painting, leveling and drying, which will produce organic waste gases (VOCs) and overspray fog.
