If this part of waste water is directly discharged without treatment, it will cause certain pollution to the nearby water bodies. The company's current production scale is to discharge about 200 tons of production and domestic waste water per day. At the same time, a new set of wastewater treatment facilities must be built for this kind of waste water The domestic sewage treatment system can be directly discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network after reaching the standard.

     This project includes rust removal, oil removal, cleaning wastewater, tin plating wastewater treatment process, electrical, control, mechanical equipment and other disciplines, from the oil separation regulating tank in the wastewater treatment station to the whole process of wastewater treatment and discharge to the standard metering sewage outlet, temporarily excluding the sewage collection part in the living quarters and production areas, other sewage outlets to the city interface, and excluding the greening Street lights and roads.

     Wastewater treatment process:

     The production wastewater of this project is the pretreatment wastewater for rust removal and oil removal of hardware pretreatment; The pre-treatment of electroplating wastewater from cleaning, activation, continuous tin plating and cleaning belongs to phosphate containing and organic mineral oil containing wastewater. At present, the mature process in the project is to carry out pre-treatment first. If the content of emulsified oil in the project is high, the emulsified oil will be broken, and the oil and suspended solids will be separated through the air flotation process to increase the concentration of soluble calcium ions to precipitate phosphate, The lower clear liquid is then subject to biochemical treatment with domestic sewage; The electroplating wastewater from cleaning, activation, continuous tin plating and cleaning, which contains heavy metals such as tin and copper, must be coprecipitated under alkaline conditions after breaking the complex of copper, and then through coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation separation, the supernatant and domestic sewage will enter the biochemical treatment system.
