The main components of plastic waste gas: the odor components of rubber and plastic waste gas are complex and changeable, which can be roughly divided into five categories:

1) Sulfur containing compounds: such as H2S, SO2, mercaptans and thioethers;

2) Dust: such as carbon black;

3) Chlorinated compounds: such as amide and indole;

4) Hydrocarbons: such as alkanes, alkenes, alkynes and aromatic hydrocarbons;

5) Oxygen containing organic substances: such as alcohols, phenols, aldehydes, ketones, organic acids, etc;

Among them, inorganic substances include H2S, SO2, carbon black, etc., and most of the primary substances produced by malodorous gases are organic substances. These substances are harmful to human health.

As rubber and plastic waste gas are produced in many places and scattered in the workshop, it is necessary to collect the waste gas before processing it, so it needs to be collected by the gas gathering system for unified treatment.
