At the smoking point next to Fengshan Market (security guard box) at the south gate of the county, the reporter saw that a smoke-free environmental bacon smoking machine was placed in the smoking point of about 50 square meters. After the worker registered the bacon that the citizens needed to smoke, he put pieces of bacon into the smoking box for smoking. On the shelf on the other side, there are many smoked sausages and bacon, emitting a light smoke smell, which looks delicious.

It is reported that this smokeless and environment-friendly bacon smoking machine is composed of two parts: a smoking box and a purifier. The bacon and sausage are hung on the top of the smoking box, and the airtight smoking can be completed in 5 or 6 hours with cypress trees, chaff shells, etc. at the bottom. Each time, it can smoke 500 or 600 kilograms of bacon, which is very convenient and efficient. At the same time, the most traditional smoking materials are used to smoke the sausage and bacon, which have complete color, smell and taste, and are no different from the conventional family smoking.

Huang Junjun, the person in charge of the smoking point, told the reporter that during the smoking process, special personnel were assigned to control the temperature of the smoking box, ensuring safety and smoking quality. The excessive oil smoke in the smoking process is purified and filtered by the purifier, and then turned into hot gas and discharged out of the door. The whole smoking process is environmentally friendly and pollution-free.

At present, for different wax products, the smoking point charges between 1.5 and 2 yuan per kilogram.
