working principle:
1. High temperature resistance: FRP flue gas purifier (dedusting desulfurizer) is made of modified high-temperature resistant FRP. Ordinary FRP products are not heat-resistant, softening at 80 ℃ and volatilizing at 120 ℃, so they are not suitable for boiler supporting desulfurization and dust remover.
2. Acid and alkali corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, aging resistance, high strength, long service life. It has been proved by many years of practice that its acid and alkali corrosion resistance, wear resistance, aging resistance and other characteristics make its service life much longer than that of metal and granite products.
How to solve common problems:
1. Start work: start the water pump first to make the jet pressure atomization nozzle in the equipment spray into the cylinder, so that hot smoke can enter the cylinder.
2. Stop work: first prevent hot flue gas from entering the cylinder, then shut down the water pump.
3. After the desulfurization tower is put into operation, the water pump should not be shut down, so that it can spray all the time.
4. There is a large amount of dust settling in the pool when using the desulfurization tower, so the pool water should be kept clean, especially there should be no plastic sheets, wheat straw, etc., to prevent the nozzle from being blocked (the dust will not block the nozzle).
5. The sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides in the flue gas will become acidic after being combined with water. The acidic water will not only affect the effect of the desulfurization tower, but also affect the service life of equipment, pipelines and pools. Therefore, alkali should be added to keep the pH value of the pool above 10.
