At present, organic waste gas treatment companies in China mainly deal with organic waste gas treatment processes: isolation method, incineration method, absorption method, condensation method Plasma low-temperature catalytic oxidation method, adsorption method, etc.      

1. Industrial waste gas treatment and isolation method

It is placed in the process of exhaust gas emission through special filter materials, mechanically isolated, and then used for exhaust gas management. Strengths: High management power for foggy adhesive smoke, no skill requirements, simple operation. Defect: It can not remove organics effectively and has large wind resistance.     

2. Industrial waste gas treatment and incineration method

The organic waste gas is directly incinerated by heating at high temperature to achieve the purpose of waste gas purification. Advantages: high purification power, up to 95%. Defect: a lot of heat energy is required, a lot of power is required, rubber Waste gas treatment equipment It is also easy to generate NOX and other secondary pollution under high temperature.    

3. Industrial waste gas treatment absorption method

Use absorption solution and exhaust gas to touch each other, so that harmful substances in the exhaust gas can be dissolved into the absorption solution, and then the exhaust gas can be purified. The absorption solution shall be treated separately. Advantages: small capital contribution, low operating costs, simple operation. Defect: the treatment power is low, and the purification power is not high, about 50%, which is difficult to meet the relevant environmental requirements. It is suitable for low concentration organic waste gas, which has secondary pollution.     

4. Condensation method for industrial waste gas treatment

After condensation and cooling, when the temperature is lower than the condensation point of harmful substances, the gaseous harmful substances will be transformed into liquid, separated from the air, and then purified. Advantages: stable operation, high purification power. Defects: large investment, high requirements for environment and operators, excessive energy consumption and high operating costs.     

5. Isoionic low-temperature catalytic oxidation :     

Plasma is the fourth state of matter except solid, liquid and gas. The plant organic waste gas treatment equipment has electrical neutrality and high conductivity in microcosmic level. Plasma contains many active electrons, ions, excited state particles and photons. As a result of these active particles and gas molecules touching, there are many strong oxidizing radicals O ·, OH ·, HO2 and O3 with strong oxidizability; The organic molecules are knocked by high-energy electrons, excited and the atomic bonds are broken to form small fragment groups or atoms; O ·, OH ·, HO2, O3, etc. react with excited atoms, organic molecules, groups, free radicals, etc., and finally oxidize and degrade organic molecules into CO, CO2 and HO2. Advantages: It is widely applicable, suitable for handling harmful gases with low concentration (< 1~1000ppm), high toxicity and odor, and makes up for the gap that other skills cannot handle. And simple operation. Defects: The independent low-temperature plasma technology has its own shortcomings when dealing with harmful gases. If the harmful gases cannot be completely converted into harmless gases, there are many by-products; And a lot of ozone occurs under oxygen plasma; High energy consumption; Low removal power, etc.  

6. Adsorption method of activated carbon adsorption device :
